It all started with a girl and her vision. Karringtyn Russell has always been in concert with design of all kinds. After receiving a business degree in fashion she later worked as a designer for a residential/commercial construction company. Seven years later, she has designed over 200 homes in Eastern North Carolina. She finds that what transpires next is the most important part - the process of making the house a home. However, Karringtyn did not want to be limited to interior design only. Therefore, she is equally focused on event and wardrobe styling and design. A lifestyle branding firm is the motive and from that motive came KROTH.

Coming Soon: The Kollection - Imagine a digital pop-up shop with carefully selected home decor, art, and accessories sourced from all over the world.

A Message from Karringtyn

I strive to help individuals live a lifestyle by never being afraid to step out of their box. With a maximalist design aesthetic, I love creating eccentric spaces by melding eye-catching antiques with art deco and contemporary elements to solidify a formal, yet comfortable space. While also having a niche for curating antiques and art from all over the world, I aim for my clients to have one-of-a-kind pieces.

With many years of experience in the fashion/retail industry, I love helping people turn their ideas into reality by simplifying the wardrobe selection process. Whether it be for a special event, weekend getaway, or a seasonal freshen up - I am here to help you piece it all together.

I seek to offer each client a common thread of individualism, luxury, and exclusivity.

Whether you’re in need of wardrobe styling, are a home owner, property developer, or contractor, reach out with your design needs to krothstyle@gmail.com to book a style consultation!

If you’re visiting to fetch ideas or simply just popping by - I hope you leave inspired.
